Terms of service

What you are agreeing to, in the plainest English we can manage.

Last updated: 15 August 2026Applies to sellfalcon.com and the SellFalcon Chrome extension.

The short version: SellFalcon is a tool that helps you list AliExpress products on eBay and keep them priced, stocked and accounted for. You keep your own eBay and AliExpress accounts, and you stay responsible for what you sell. We are responsible for the tool doing what this page says it does. You can stop paying whenever you like - one press opens the payment provider's portal, where cancelling takes one more - and take your data with you. What you have already paid is not refunded; where a plan includes a free trial - the plan card says so before you press anything - the trial is how you decide before you pay.

1Who you are contracting with

The service at sellfalcon.com and the SellFalcon browser extension are operated by Khizar Hayat, a sole trader established in Pakistan, trading as SellFalcon ("SellFalcon", "we", "us"). A sole trader is one person rather than a company, so there is no company number: the contract is with him. You can reach a human at support@sellfalcon.com, or through the support chat inside the tool, which is where support actually lives.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, the payment itself may be taken by a payment provider acting as merchant of record - in that case your purchase is also subject to that provider's own terms, and their name appears on your card statement and your receipt. We will always tell you who that is before you pay; it is named on the plan card in Settings.

2What the service is

SellFalcon reads product information from AliExpress, helps you build an eBay listing from it, publishes that listing to your own eBay account, and then watches the supplier's price and stock, syncs your orders, and works out your profit. What each part does, and what it deliberately does not do, is described on the features and monitoring sections of the front page, and we hold ourselves to those descriptions.

Two limits are worth stating here rather than leaving you to discover them:

  • We do not sell anything to your buyers. The listing is yours, on your eBay account, under your eBay seller agreement. If eBay restricts, suspends or charges your account, that is between you and eBay.
  • We do not choose your products or your prices. The tool suggests, calculates and warns; every listing, price change and message leaves only because you or a setting you switched on told it to. Automatic repricing is off unless you switch it on, and no message is ever sent to a buyer without you pressing Send. There is one exception, and we would rather state it here than have you find it: setting your eBay quantity to zero when your supplier sells out is ON by default in the browser extension (it is off on our servers unless you switch it on). It exists so you cannot sell something you are unable to post, it is reversed automatically when the supplier restocks, and every instance of it is listed for you under Updates. You can turn it off in the extension's monitoring settings.

3Your account

You need an account to use the web tool. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your sign-in. Tell us at once if you think somebody else has it, and we will end every session on the account.

If you invite team members, you are responsible for what they do in your workspace, and for their being content that we hold their email address so they can sign in. Removing a member ends their access immediately.

One person, one workspace. If you need more than one eBay account or more than one shop's worth of separation, that is the Business plan and it is arranged with us directly rather than bought off a page.

4What you must not do

  • Break eBay's or AliExpress's own rules with it. Their policies apply to your account whatever our tool does, and a suspension there is not something we can undo.
  • List counterfeit goods, or anything you are not entitled to sell. The tool has a blocked-keyword list to help; it is a help, not a guarantee, and the responsibility stays yours.
  • Resell or rebrand SellFalcon as your own product, or share one account across separate businesses to avoid paying for them.
  • Attack the service: scraping it, hammering the API, trying to reach other people's data, or working around limits and quotas.

We may suspend an account that is doing one of these. If we do, we will tell you why, in words, from a person.

5Your data, and your content

Your listings, orders, costs and messages are yours. We store what is needed to run the tool and nothing else; exactly what, and for how long, is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time and we will, without asking you to sit through a retention conversation.

You give us permission to hold and process that data only so far as running the service needs. We do not sell it, we do not use it to train anything, and we do not show it to anybody else.

6The AI features

Titles, descriptions, item specifics and message drafts are generated by an AI engine. They are suggestions. You are expected to read them before they go anywhere - a listing is a public claim about a product and a message is a public act, and neither is sent by the tool on its own. We do not warrant that generated text is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular listing, and you remain responsible for what you publish and send.

7Paying, and stopping

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. The price is shown before you pay and is taken by the payment provider named on the plan card and again at checkout. Where a plan includes a free trial, that trial is the try-before-you-pay window and nothing is charged until it ends; a plan without one - the plan card says which you are looking at before you press anything - is charged at once. Once a payment has been taken it is not refunded. Cancelling stops the next payment and you keep the tool until the date you have paid up to. Full detail, and the two things that override this, are on the refunds and cancelling page.

We may change prices. If we do, existing subscribers are told by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and the new price only ever applies from the next renewal - never mid-period, and never retrospectively. If you do not want it, cancel before that date and nothing more is taken.

8Uptime, and what happens when something breaks

We do not promise the service is always available. It depends on eBay's APIs, AliExpress's APIs, an AI provider and a hosting platform, and any of those can have a bad day. What we do promise is that the tool tells you the truth about its own state: when a check has not run, when an eBay read has failed, and when a number is unknown rather than zero. That honesty is the actual product.

If something we did causes a loss, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it happened. We are not liable for lost profit, lost sales, lost rankings, eBay fees, or the consequences of a decision you made using information the tool showed you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

9Ending it

You can stop using SellFalcon whenever you like. Cancelling a paid plan is one press in Settings, which opens the payment provider's own portal where the cancellation happens - we deliberately cannot end a subscription on your behalf, because the thing that took the money should be the thing that stops it. We can end an account for a serious or repeated breach of section 4, or if we stop offering the service altogether - in which case we will give you at least 30 days' notice, refund the unused part of anything you have paid, and leave your data exportable for that whole period.

10Changes to these terms

If we change something that matters, we will say so on this page with the date, and email subscribers before it takes effect. Small corrections we will simply make. The current version is always the one here.

11Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Pakistan, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protections of the law where you live - those apply whatever this page says, and we are not trying to contract out of them. Where you buy through a payment provider acting as merchant of record, that provider's own terms also apply to the purchase itself, and on questions of payment they take precedence over this page.

Before any of that: write to support@sellfalcon.com. SellFalcon is run by one person and almost everything is settled in an email.

The other two documents:Privacy notice →Cancellation and refunds →

Anything here that reads as though it were written to protect us rather than to tell you the truth is a bug. Write to support@sellfalcon.com and it gets rewritten.
