Refunds and cancelling
How to stop paying, what happens next, and why the free trial is the refund policy.
The short version: where a plan includes a free trial - the plan card says so before you press anything - that trial is how you find out whether SellFalcon is for you, and nothing is charged until it ends. Once a payment is taken, it is not refunded. You can cancel in two presses, whenever you like - one opens the payment provider's portal from Settings, one more cancels - that stops the next payment and you keep everything until the end of the month you have already paid for. Nothing renews after that, nobody rings you, and there is no form to fill in.
1Cancelling
Open Settings → Account & Billing and press Manage billing. That opens the payment provider's own portal, where cancelling is one press. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
We deliberately cannot cancel for you from inside this tool, and that is a safety decision rather than an obstacle: the thing that ends a subscription should be the thing that took the money. If the portal will not open for you, email support@sellfalcon.com and a person will sort it out the same day - we will never answer that email by trying to talk you out of it.
2What happens after you cancel
- You keep the tool until the date you have paid up to. Settings shows that date, and while a subscription is set to end it says Ends rather than Renews, because those are the same date and opposite news.
- Nothing is deleted on that day. Your listings, orders, costs and reports stay in your account, readable, so you can export what you need. Ask us to delete them and we will.
- Your eBay listings are unaffected. They are on your own eBay account and they carry on selling. What stops is the daily supplier check, the order sync and the profit tracking.
- Automatic price and stock changes stop. If you had them switched on, your eBay prices stay wherever they were on the last day - nothing is reverted, and nothing is changed after.
3Refunds
SellFalcon does not refund a payment once it has been taken, and there is no money-back guarantee. We would rather say that here, in plain words, than have you discover it after paying.
The reason it works this way, said honestly rather than dressed up: the free trial is the refund policy. On a plan with a trial you get the whole tool, connected to your own eBay account and your own products, before any money is taken - so the question "is this worth paying for?" is answered before you pay it rather than after. The date your trial ends is shown in Settings from the moment it starts, and cancelling before that date costs nothing. If a plan is ever offered without a trial, its card says so plainly before you press anything, and paying for it means paying for the first month at once.
- A free trial is never charged if you cancel before it ends. That is the point of it.
- Cancelling after a payment stops the next one. It does not return the payment already taken, and you keep the tool until the date you have paid up to - you are not cut off on the day you cancel.
- We cannot refund eBay's own fees, insertion fees, or advertising spend. That money went to eBay, not to us, and only eBay can return it.
4Two things that override this page
Both of these are true whatever is written above, so it would be dishonest to leave them out:
- The law where you live. If you are a consumer, your local consumer-protection rights apply whatever a seller's policy says. Nothing here is an attempt to take those away.
- The payment provider. Payments are taken by a provider acting as merchant of record - meaning they, not SellFalcon, are the seller for the transaction itself. Their own buyer terms apply to it, and they can decide to refund a payment independently of us. If they do, that stands.
5If something is genuinely wrong
A refund is not the only answer, and often not the best one. If the tool is not doing what this site says it does, tell us: support@sellfalcon.com, or the support chat inside the tool. It is one person reading those, usually the same day, and fixing the thing is what we would rather do. If we cannot, cancelling takes one press and stops the next payment.
6The one time money does come back
If we stop offering SellFalcon, we give at least 30 days' notice and refund the unused part of anything you have already paid. That is in the terms too, and the two pages say it the same way on purpose. It is the one case that is not about you changing your mind - it is us ending the service you paid for.
7If your card fails
Nothing is switched off the moment a payment fails. The provider retries, Settings shows a plain warning, and you keep working - a card that expired on a Tuesday is not a reason to lock a seller out of their own stock control. If it keeps failing, we will email you before anything stops.
Anything here that reads as though it were written to protect us rather than to tell you the truth is a bug. Write to support@sellfalcon.com and it gets rewritten.
