What happens to it

1It is read by the person who builds the tool, usually the same day. 2It moves the plan. The order of work genuinely comes from these messages and the support inbox. 3Nobody replies here: when something you asked for ships, the changelog says so. Need an answer instead? That is Support, one page over.

Bugs jump the queue. A voice note is often the fastest way to explain one.
