The parts we do not control, and what they look like when they break
Most of what SellFalcon does is a conversation with somebody else's system. When one of those is having a bad day, the tool is built to say so on the screen where it matters rather than fail quietly - so the honest answer to "is it down?" usually lives inside the tool, not here.
- eBay. Orders, messages, returns, traffic, listings and publishing all go through eBay's own APIs. If eBay refuses something, the tool shows you eBay's own words. Settings → What SellFalcon can read from eBay names which of the six reads are working, in four states, with the reason for any that are not. That page is the first place to look when a screen is empty.
- AliExpress. The daily supplier check reads prices and stock from AliExpress. If it stops, the bar above your Inventory says the watch has gone quiet, and how long it has been.
- The AI engine. Titles, descriptions and reply drafts. If it is busy or refuses, the button tells you at the moment you press it. Nothing else in the tool depends on it.
- Your browser extension. Only needed for reading AliExpress product pages. Settings shows when it last asked for work, so "is it even running?" has an answer.
Something is wrong and this page says everything is fine
Then this page is not measuring the thing that is broken, and the fastest route to an answer is a person. Open the support chat inside the tool, or write to support@sellfalcon.com. SellFalcon is run by one person, so you are not going to be handed to a queue.
Two things worth including, because they turn a guess into a fix: which screen you were on, and anything the tool said in its own words (an error line, a red note, an eBay code).
Planned work
When something has to be taken offline on purpose, it is said here first and emailed to anyone on a paid plan. Nothing is planned at the moment.
